We require a 2m x 2m  space on level ground. This gives guests enough room to safely move around the platform. The booth works beautifully indoors or outdoors and can fit in most venues—from backyards to hotel ballrooms. Send us your venue layout and we'll confirm it works.

Absolutely! Our booth works perfectly for outdoor events. However, we do require a covered area if rainy conditions are expected.

For short events we use our own power station. For longer activations we require just one standard electrical outlet (220V) within 15 meters of the setup location. o special power requirements needed—if you can plug in a kettle, we're good to go!

Our experienced operator stays with the booth for your entire rental period and handles any technical issues immediately. We also carry backup equipment to major events. Your event is in safe hands.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your event. After you pay the deposit, your date is 100% locked in, we don't double-book or cancel on clients. We accept EFT, card payments.

Deposits are non-refundable as they hold your date exclusively. However, you can reschedule once within 12 months of your original date, subject to availability. We understand plans change. We'll work with you to find a new date that works.

We arrive 60-90 minutes before your event starts to set up and test everything. The booth is fully operational and ready for guests before your official start time. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes at the end. You don't lift a finger, we handle everything.

Yes! Every video includes your custom overlay with:

Typically 40-60 videos per hour, depending on group sizes and guest flow. Each session takes about 1-2 minutes (including stepping on/off the platform). With our experienced operator managing the queue and encouraging participation, we maximize usage while keeping the energy high.

Absolutely. Our platform is low to the ground with a non-slip surface and can be accessed with assistance. Our operator helps all guests safely on and off. We've successfully hosted events with guests aged 3 to 93. Everyone loves the 360 experience!

WiFi improves sharing speed, but it's not required. We bring our own mobile hotspot as backup, so videos are shared even in venues with poor internet. Your guests will receive their videos either way, we've got you covered.

Forever! Videos are sent directly to guests' phones and social media—they own them permanently. We also provide you with a gallery link of all videos from your event, available for download for 365 days after your event.

If weather becomes unsuitable (heavy rain, strong wind), our operator will quickly pack down the booth to protect the equipment. If there's indoor space available, we can relocate. If the event is cancelled due to weather and you notify us 24 hours in advance, we'll work with you to reschedule.
